Gaurav Sangroor has been an integral part of Biswas for over three years and plays a key role in leading the firm’s customer service function for corporate clients.
Prior to joining Biswas, he worked with Niva Bupa Health Insurance as a Customer Service Specialist, where he managed servicing for brokers, agents, and strategic partners handling corporate customers. He also brings valuable experience from Apollo Munich Health Insurance (now HDFC ERGO General Insurance), where he was involved in customer service operations and policy servicing.
At Biswas, Gaurav leads end-to-end customer service delivery, including endorsements, claims coordination, and ongoing policy servicing for corporate clients. Known for his process discipline, responsiveness, and client-first approach, he ensures seamless execution across the insurance lifecycle and acts as a dependable point of contact for customers.
Outside of work, Gaurav is a fitness enthusiast and has a deep appreciation for music, reflecting the balance and discipline he brings to both his professional and personal life.
